By creating an account or using Copts Connect (“the Service”), you agree to this EULA with the operator of the Service (“we”, “us”).

1. License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal and professional networking consistent with these terms.

2. Account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to harass, defraud, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform; to post unlawful content; or to impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA.

4. Your content. You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to post it.

5. No professional advice. Listings, profiles, and posts are user-generated. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of third-party information.

6. Paid features. Optional memberships are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout.

7. Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes. We may update this EULA. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Contact. Questions: use in-app support or the contact channel published by the operator.

Copts Connect is a professional and community network. Please:

• Be respectful and truthful in profiles, posts, and messages.
• Keep job, event, and business listings accurate and non-misleading.
• Do not post harassment, hate, threats, or discrimination.
• Do not share others’ private information without consent.
• Do not spam, scrape, or automate abusive behavior.
• Report content that violates these guidelines.
• Respect intellectual property and credit sources when sharing news or media.

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, or account termination. We aim for a constructive environment for professionals and community members.
